What I Do
I offer a compassionate space for healing the parts of you that are keeping you from living authentically. I do this in a multitude of ways, creating unique and empowering energy sessions that address the underlying causes keeping you stuck. This might be through identifying and addressing faulty or limiting beliefs, shadow work, chakra balancing, or energetically releasing traumas. On this journey, you can look forward to feeling lighter, less stressed, and experience less pain. It's time to reconnect with your truest self, to live a more connected, purposeful life.

Energy Sessions
What is an energy session with me like? Are you seeking healing for your mind, body or soul?
It's time to release what is preventing you from living as your authentic self.
You might have acute or chronic symptoms of pain or “un-wellness”, experiences you have difficulty moving past, feelings of inadequacy, or just not feeling like yourself.
In our sessions, I will be using kinesiology, energy and intuition to address your unique needs. This could be transforming an entire faulty belief system, releasing unprocessed emotions and experiences and more, promoting overall connection and wellness in your body. We might utilize guided journaling, creative tools and binaural beats to activate specific brain waves to access deep parts of your psyche that hold the keys to your healing. I pull from various wisdom traditions such as Gene Keys, depth psychology, Human Design and more as needed!
Symptoms show up in our body in various ways, but they are always messages that that we are misaligned with our values, purpose and authentic selves. Some of the those symptoms can look like one or some of the following:
